Meet Me At the Table by Marianne Smith Edge
Marianne Smith Edge, adjunct faculty in the Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition at the University of Kentucky, is an agriculture native and 6th generation farm owner. She graduated from UK wish a BS in Dietetics and has a MS in Public Health-Nutrition from Western Kentucky University. She is a former president of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and served as Senior Vice President, Nutrition & Food Safety Communications and Senior Advisor, Science & Consumer Insights for the International Food Information Council (IFIC) in Washington, DC. Most recently, Marianne founded The AgriNutrition Edge: Navigating the Changing Food, Agriculture and Consumer Landscapes.
