In order to be in compliance with 302 KAR 28:050 all persons involved in the commercial and non-commercial application of pesticides and fertilizer must have a license and be certified in Kentucky. Requirements are different for private versus commercial applicators.  Below are websites and publications that will be helpful in obtaining the required pesticide applicator license.
