Many cow-calf and certainly purebred herds may be evaluating using artificial insemination in their herds to take advantage of the best genetics. Hopefully, either they or an employee have taken a course and are able to artificially inseminate their cows.  However, if you are just evaluating AI you may want to have someone else breed a few cows so you can see the results.
